Update: The Tough Mudder challenge is officially complete! In September, Sam, Harvey, Josh and Russ endured a series of gruelling obstacles, and also a 15k run.

Through the course’s highs and lows, they pulled together and raised an incredible £1,060.00 (plus £233.75 Gift Aid), bringing the total to £1,293.75 in memory of Luke.

On Saturday 20th September 2025, Sam Hart, Josh Bird, Harvey Sullivan, and Russel Edwards will take on a gruelling 15km Tough Mudder in honour of Luke Hart, a beloved father, brother-in-law, and friend.

With over 20 brutal obstacles spread across the course, from plunging ice baths to mud crawls, electric shocks and even tear gas, the event promises to test every ounce of their endurance and willpower.

Each of the four runners carries a personal reason for taking part. Whether it’s family, friendship, or simply the desire to do something that reflects Luke’s humour and spirit, this challenge is a tribute.

Through their efforts, the team is raising funds for the Luke Hart Foundation and Cancer Research UK, supporting the fight against rare and hard-to-treat cancers.
